A Sanctuary for Your Practice
In a world of "optimal performance," high caseloads, and the relentless pace of "rush culture," your supervision should be the place where you can finally set the heavy lifting down.
I offer a supervisory space that feels like a sigh of relief. It is a warm, grounded sanctuary away from the chaos - a place where you are accepted exactly as you are, both as a practitioner and as a fellow human. There is no need to "perform" here. Instead, we create a sturdy, compassionate container where you can be honest about your "stuck" points, celebrate your breakthroughs, and find your own centre again.
Finding Your Path
The journey to becoming the therapist you are meant to be is rarely a straight line. It is a process of unlearning, deepening, and eventually finding a way of working that feels like "home". I support you to find your own unique way of being with clients which feels natural and genuine, rather than leading sessions from the head filled with concern for doing it 'right'.
Having navigated my own evolution from traditional talking therapy into a specialised dual approach over the last decade, I deeply respect that every practitioner’s path is different. My role is not to give you a template, but to walk alongside you as you discover yours.

What I offer
I offer a space where we can get curious about the "how" of your work, not just the "what". Whether you are a trainee looking for a secure container as you find your feet, or you're an experienced practitioner looking to evolve and grow, I can provide you with practical and clinical guidance aligned with where you are at.

There are also specialist ways I can support your evolution which include:
-
Integrating Somatic Awareness: Helping you move "beyond the head" to track nervous system regulation and somatic countertransference in your work - learning to use your own body as a vital clinical resource.
-
The Systemic Lens: Identifying the "unseen winds" impacting your clients - from patriarchy and "rush culture" to systemic oppression - to help them (and you) disperse the heavy burden of personal responsibility for their symptoms and shame.
-
Building a Walk-and-Talk Practice: Providing the practical "how-to" of taking therapy outdoors, including risk assessment, boundaries, and the profound somatic benefits of moving side-by-side in nature.
-
Working with Trauma: Specialist support for those wishing to have clinical sustainability and the ability to protect your own energy from vicarious trauma.
-
The Transition to Private Practice: Practical guidance on finding your niche, building a brand with integrity, and navigating the identity shift into self-employment.
-
Working with Young People: Creative and developmentally-attuned ways to support teenagers as they navigate modern identity and pressure.
