The Ember Room is, at its heart, a circle space. It is a warm, intimate container designed for you to sit, slow down, and simply be.

In a world that constantly demands more of our energy, this circle offers a dedicated monthly anchor - a quiet, candlelit & soft glow gathering where local women come together to drop out of their heads, release accumulated tension, and return to themselves through letting go and setting intentions, grounding somatic practices, and breathwork.

Why 'The Ember Room'?

The name comes from the soft, enduring warmth that remains after a roaring fire dies down.

A blazing fire is full of high energy, intensity, and speed much like the demands of modern life, overthinking, and burnout. Embers represent the shift from frantic action into quiet restoration.

• Tending to your inner glow: An ember doesn't demand huge logs or constant effort; it just needs quiet space and breath to keep glowing. This circle is where we tend to our own nervous systems without pressure.

• Returning to what remains: Even when you feel burnt out or exhausted, your core vitality is still alive underneath the noise, waiting to be reconnected with.

• A sacred space to gather: For generations, people have gathered around glowing embers at the end of the day for comfort, safety, and rest.

• A Monthly Women’s Circle: A Reset for Body & Mind

  A monthly dedicated 90-minute gathering in Dunbar to release accumulated stress, regulate your nervous system, let go of the month behind you, and set intentions for the month ahead through gentle somatic practices.

• Seasonal Immersive Circles: Extended Rituals, Reflections & Rest

  2-hour special gatherings aligned with the natural turning points and seasonal shifts of the year - offering deeper bodywork, seasonal reflection, and an extended space for deep restoration.
